Toby's three-decade tenure with the Swire Group began in 1991, leading himthrough diverse global markets across Europe, Asia, and the Pacific.This broad,multi-industry perspective was honed at Cathay Pacific Airways, where hedirected Product Development, Customer Experience, and Sales Strategy.Joining Swire Hotels in 2017 as Managing Director, Toby now serves as Deputy Chairman, guiding the strategic vision and measured expansion of the Houses.

HEAD OF DEVELOPMENT

SWIRE HOTELS

Over the last 15 years, Darlena has been involved in over 300 hotel and resort projects across Asia, the Pacific Islands, the Caribbean, and Africa. She has extensive experience in hotel and resort development, destination tourism planning, management contract negotiations, and asset management. Prior to joining Swire Hotels, she spent 11 years with Horwath HTL and holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management from Cornell University.
